Russula consolidates its operations in North America
In order to offer the best possible service to our customers in North America, Russula will be consolidating its operations in North America to one location.
Currently, Russula’s operations are divided between two offices; sales and administration in the office in Dublin, Ohio and technology development and support in the office in Sturbridge, Massachusetts. At the end of April 2019, all activities will be integrated into the Russula office in Sturbridge, MA, which will simplify and strengthen the management of our operations in North America.
Coinciding with this restructuring and the retirement of the current General Manager, Steve Pegg, Keith Fiorucci will become the new General Manager of Russula in North America. Keith has held the position of Head of Research and Development for the past five years and has extensive experience in the sector. Since joining Russula, Keith has created and led a rolling technology team that provides operational support and develops custom engineering solutions for our customers.
Sales activities will continue to be coordinated by Fermín de la Maza in his role as Sales Director for North America.
We trust these changes will be very positive in reinforcing our ultimate objective: to offer the best possible service and support to all our customers.
